At Destination Church in Saraland, AL, people are encouraged to: Experience God, Connect with People, Discover Purpose, and Influence Others. By reaching out to their community, Lead Pastors Wayne and Ginger Sheppard and Executive Pastor Jeremy Reid and his wife, Jana, have displayed their passion for helping others to find their personal calling in life.
Yet these pastors are not satisfied with local ministry only. They have a mission to see families in all parts of the world have access to nutritious food, safe shelter, a rigorous education, and competitive career-training that will lead to the opportunity to become healthy adult citizens, capable of independent living through a Christ-centered community.
Since 2022, Destination Church has been a generous partner of the ONE30 Network, contributing over $140K to the House of Hope Primary School and Orphanage located in Mbarara, Uganda. Together, members of this church have sponsored more than 150 children in Uganda!
There is simply no way to SPOTLIGHT all the good things that Destination Church is doing for vulnerable children around the world, but nonetheless, it is our honor to partner with them. Having Destination Church on the ONE30 Team is a dream come true!
