Kip and Cheryl Potter are the Co-Founders of ONE30 Network, bringing over 30 years of combined ministry experience and a shared passion for serving children and families around the world. Together, they lead with vision, strategy, and a deep commitment to faith-driven impact.
As parents of four young adults—three of whom are married—they consider their greatest joy to be raising children who love Jesus and serve others. This same passion inspired the founding of ONE30 Network in 2022, with a vision to see every child known intimately, inspired individually, loved unconditionally, and dreamed over daily.
Kip is a graduate of Lee University and serves as Global Missions Pastor with Daystar Church in Alabama. He is also an ordained Bishop with the Church of God Cleveland TN. Cheryl is a graduate of Auburn University and a retired Speech-Language Pathologist. Together, they remain committed to helping bring hope and opportunity to children worldwide.
