Lexie Allred serves as Director of Donor Engagement with ONE30 Network. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and connecting others to opportunities that make a lasting impact in vulnerable communities.
Lexie holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from Cairn University and brings six years of experience in property management, where she developed strong relational and leadership skills. Her heart for missions began at the age of eight during her first trip to New Mexico, where she felt called to a life centered on serving the Lord and loving others.
She is honored to live out that calling through ONE30, helping inspire generosity and bring hope to children and communities around the world.
