Ruth Angumya serves as Director of ONE30 Trade School Uganda in Mbarara. She is passionate about mentoring young people, developing strong leaders, and helping students gain the skills and confidence needed to build a better future.
Ruth brings more than 20 years of ministry and leadership experience. She previously served with Daystar Cathedral as both an Associate Youth Pastor and Full Pastor, where she mentored and empowered many young people to grow spiritually and actively serve within the church. She was ordained by Daystar Ministries in 2020 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management and Secretarial Studies from Bishop Stuart University, along with a Discipleship Certificate.
Alongside her husband Edwin Katwesigye, Ruth is blessed with three children and carries a deep passion for servant leadership, mentorship, and youth empowerment. At ONE30 Trade School Uganda, she is committed to equipping students with practical vocational skills, discipline, and character development that prepare them to become self-reliant and employable. Through her leadership, she works to build strong systems, impactful programs, and a positive environment where both students and staff can thrive.
Ruth believes leadership is rooted in integrity, humility, and creating opportunities that empower others for generations to come.
