This trip will focus on serving children, families, and caregivers connected with our local partner Claire Henderson and the Helping Hands Healing Hearts Ministry, while sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. More details will be shared as plans are finalized.

Physical Requirements
Participants must:
- Be able to walk briskly for at least one mile to navigate international airports
- Be prepared for light walking on mildly uneven terrain each day
Age Requirements
- Ages 16 and up
- Under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult
Paperwork Requirements
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining after return date)
- Completed trip application
- Current background check with ONE30 Network
Deposit
- Non-refundable $500 deposit
- Due: October 10 (or at time of sign-up)
- Required to secure your spot
Official Payment Schedule
- November 10 (3 months out): First payment = Half of trip cost minus $500 deposit
- December 10 (2 months out): Second payment = Half of remaining balance
- January 10 (1 month out): Final payment = Remaining quarter of total cost
Once airline tickets are purchased, refunds cannot be issued.
