Overview
The trip will center around assisting the children, families and caregivers associated with our local partner Claire Henderson, Helping Hands Healing Hearts ministry, and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Information will be updated as it becomes available.
Medical Requirements: TBD Physical
Requirements: Participants must be able to walk briskly for at least one mile to navigate international airports and should be prepared for light walking on mildly uneven terrain each day.
Age Requirements: 16 and up, unless accompanied by a supervising adult.
Paperwork Requirements: Passport with at least 6 months of validity at the time of return from travel; Daystar Missions application; Current background check with Daystar Missions.
Deposit: Non-refundable $500 Deposit – Due October 10 (or at the time of sign-up) to secure the spot on the trip.
Official Payment Schedule:
Three months out (November 10) – First payment equal to half the trip cost minus $500 deposit
Two months out (December 10) – Second payment equal to the half the remaining balance
One month out (January 10) – Third and final payment equal to the remaining quarter of the total cost of the trip *Once tickets are purchased, a refund can not be issued.
