Chandler Russ serves as Director of Development with ONE30 Network. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and inspiring others to invest in opportunities that bring lasting hope and impact to vulnerable children and communities around the world.
Chandler brings experience in sales, leadership, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit development. Prior to joining ONE30, he spent six years with UPS, serving in both operational leadership and business development roles. He later founded the Sunflower Golf Foundation and the Sunflower Golf Tour, combining community, generosity, and purpose-driven events to support charitable initiatives and outreach efforts.
His passion for missions and serving vulnerable children deepened through firsthand experiences in Uganda, where he witnessed both the challenges families face and the transformative power of education, opportunity, and consistent support. Those experiences strengthened his desire to help connect churches, businesses, donors, and communities to meaningful ways they can make a difference.
At ONE30, Chandler leads fundraising and partnership development efforts with a focus on child sponsorship, church engagement, donor relationships, and strategic growth initiatives. He believes generosity has the power to transform lives and remains committed to helping give one more child a chance at a brighter future.
